7 Actions Which Will Drive Success in Your Business
I’m a big fan of checklists. They don’t lie, they lay things out straight and they’re actionable. I’ve created this list containing seven actionable tasks you can begin taking today which will drive success in your business. How do I know they will? I’m an accountability coach – I’ve been there and done that!
- Outsource your unproductive work – as a business owner, we’ve always got work we must do, but don’t want to do. Simply outsourcing those jobs which aren’t directly related to growing your business, gives you back the time to grow your business!
- Develop your business mission statement – if you haven’t got one, now is the time to write one. Your mission statement helps identify what your business exists for, what it does for each person and what makes it stand apart from your competition. Your mission statement will help you drive success in your business by helping you make decisions on what and when you need to do something.
- Build your network – networking is an extremely valuable tool for any business owner. Not only can you receive leads from them, but the information you can share with one another is priceless.
- Reflect upon your goals – where do you want your business to be in 1, 5 and 10 years’ time? How about your personal life? It’s important to reflect upon your goals because they may change. What you were aiming to achieve last year may be totally different today. Goal reflection will supercharge your success and everyone wants that!
- Check your workspace – does your workspace motivate you and increase your productivity? Or does it fill you with dread when you see it? Creating a productive workspace is easy and something you can achieve today.
- Monitor your cash flow – your cash flow is the money coming in and going out of your business. You must keep an eye on it to ensure you are not spending more than you earn and can afford to pay the running expenses your business incurs.
- Hire an accountability coach – have you implemented the six steps above yet? What’s holding you back? Where do you go next? As your accountability coach, I will work with you to ensure you perform the tasks needed to drive success in your business. It’s my job and I’m very good at it!
Today is the day to get your business further onto the path of success. If you need a loving kick up the bum to get it done, give me a call. I’d love to help.
