Q1 – “I’d like to know some results of those you’ve helped already. I know you’re awesome already. However, for those who know nothing about what you do, I think providing some sort of examples of actions people have taken to grow/change as a result of consulting with you would be useful to new potential clients. If that makes sense”

Results have included;

  • moving to a bigger space to be able to grow
  • businesses being started full stop
  • websites being built so money can flow from multiple points
  • prices being increased & making more sales from a price increase!
  • subscriptions leading to cash flow and people being able to pay themselves finally
  • helping people believe in themselves to be able to take the next step
  • turning confusion into a plan
  • increasing their turnover and profit with systems to reduce “time-sucking” admin
  • opening up second locations
  • buying businesses
  • 4X the income in one year
  • being able to pay themselves well
  • being able to leave other employment

But I believe the most I give clients is Support, which is hard to quantify but essential to achieving all the above.

Q2 – “If I hardly earn any Income as it is, how does paying you some of my few and far between $$ help me?

(I say this as an existing client, you already know I love ya)”

Great Question

When you invest in yourself and your business you are showing the world that you’re taking yourself and your business seriously. You’re not afraid to put your money where your mouth is and get the support you need to fill in knowledge gaps which will allow you to grow your business faster, to make it work for you rather than struggling to make a few $$$’s here and there, put a plan in place to make a nice regular income possible.

Q3 – “What do you do and how can you help me?”

  • Most of my job is clearing the path for you to take action on ideas you’ve already had. You know your business, your clients and how you want to work, but these insights are normally fighting for the light of day with;
    • self-doubt,
    • worry,
    • and issues that have never been addressed so keep rearing their ugly heads.

-Taking time & energy from developing the business, your business should be.

  • Making a plan of action. Life and decision making becomes way easier if you have had time to make a plan free from panic.
  • Holding you accountable for taking meaningful action on your plans. The best-intended plans are just as useless as no plans at all; more so, as you have taken precious time to produce the unactioned plan.
  • Being there when you need me to be a soundboard. Friends and family can be very supportive (a lot are not) when you set up your own business but few have been there, done that & got the t-shirt. Advice normally comes from what they would do in your situation, the problem is they’ve never been in your situation. I have been my own boss now for over 13 years in 2 countries, dealing with staffing, health and safety, insurance, marketing, tax obligations etc giving me insight to the ins and out of business. Saving you time and resources. Get you going, with a good profit margin quicker.
