It’s December again. Goal Setting time. Let us reflect on the year. Was it a good one? Did your business grow as you thought it would?

Next month’s blog we will be looking at taking action on your goals but for now, I want you to go and just do one thing, one tiny step towards achieving your big beautiful goal right now….I’ll wait, you do……
The language used in goal setting can get a little confusing so just to clarify, when working with me;
GOAL (Noun): The term “Goal” is used to describe the big juicy result you’re working towards, your Aim and any shorthand reference to that only.
Tasks/ Steps / Actions are what you do daily/weekly/monthly to achieve your Goal.
So how do I write Goals that I want to achieve?

Great article Amanda – and I love the videos too. Really adds weight to your topic. This is such an important month in the year, everyone needs to set their goals. But as we know the real focus is going to be in the action that is taken to make them happen.
