This is so true, it’s all too easy to think that marketing starts and finishes with advertising. In reality everything I do on-line for example, is marketing for my business. It’s the whole package.
How I feel when I leave a business or finish talking to someone makes a huge difference in whether I return or not. Makes sense that that would be the same for my customers too.
